Mescladis
This delightful rosé from the Pic Saint-Loup appellation in Languedoc (France) is aged in concrete for five months on fine lees and is a blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, with a nuance of Mourvèdre. On the nose, there are lovely fresh aromas of raspberries and citrus. The palate expresses red fruits and floral nuances which are complemented by a fresh well balanced acidity and freshness. Mescladis by Domaine Clavel is perfect on its own or paired with grilled meats such as sausages with wild herbs and hot pepper, exotic Asian dishes or a simple piece of goat's cheese.

Descendant of a family that works the vineyard since 1640, Claire Clavel Woman Winemaker strives every day to continue the story of several generations. Supported by her father Denis and by her team of men and women who are the wealth of the business, Claire leads the 80 hectares always looking for more character, authenticity and conviviality.
The vineyard covers 5 municipalities : St Gervais, St Michel d'Euzet, Carsan, Bagnols sur Cèze and St Nazaire and over a hundred parcels. This diversity is a major asset because it enables working on different terroirs and getting different wine characters. Sheltered and protected, St. Gervais is an area of sandy soil, sometimes limestone, where the wines express lightness, with a desire of bringing a smooth feeling.
Engaged in sustainable viticulture, the Domaine Clavel works the vines respecting environment. In line with this philosophy Domaine Clavel joined Terra Vitis in 2010 to guarantees its client transparency, traceability and quality and also certified High Environmental Value.
