Domaine Mittnacht is a family run winery located in the heart of Alsace, in the village of Hunawihr, renowned for its biodynamic philosophy and terroir driven wines. Founded in 1958 by brothers André and Louis Mittnacht, the estate is now led by Marc Mittnacht and the next generation, continuing a legacy of precision, sustainability, and respect for nature. A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Alsace, Domaine Mittnacht has been certified since 1999, focusing on cultivating healthy, living soils to produce wines that are pure, expressive, and authentic. The estate’s vineyards, spread across some of the region’s finest terroirs, benefit from diverse soils and optimal exposures, resulting in wines with freshness, minerality, and balance. Specializing in classic Alsatian varietals such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Blanc, the winery adopts a minimal intervention approach in the cellar.
