Hélène and David Barrault are passionate Bordeaux winemakers and the driving force behind Château Tire Pé, where they have built a reputation for producing authentic, terroir driven wines with a strong commitment to organic farming. Since taking over the estate in the late 1990s, they have focused on crafting wines that combine precision, freshness, and a true sense of place. Working in the Entre-Deux-Mers area of Bordeaux, the Barraults cultivate vineyards on clay limestone soils with optimal sun exposure, allowing for balanced ripening and expressive fruit character. Their approach in the vineyard emphasizes biodiversity, manual harvesting, and certified organic practices, ensuring healthy soils and sustainable production. Specializing in Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, Hélène and David Barrault adopt a low intervention philosophy in the cellar.
