Continuing a family legacy that dates back to 1958, he has elevated the estate through a strong commitment to sustainability, precision, and terroir driven wines. A certified biodynamic grower, Marc Mittnacht focuses on cultivating living soils and preserving biodiversity to produce wines that are pure, expressive, and authentic. His vineyards, located in some of Alsace’s most respected terroirs, benefit from diverse soils and optimal exposures, resulting in wines with freshness, minerality, and balance.
