Every Dad’s taste is unique. Each of our 300-plus wines are unique. To wind down your options, here are our top suggestions for your Father’s Day toast:

Al-muvedre (₱ 860)

This deep red wine has a floral, meaty and slightly spicy nose. The palate echoes the same with fine tannins and crisp acidity. Good with rich foods like beef short ribs, pork shoulder, barbecue and lamb.

Châteu Falfas (₱ 2,500)

This is a deep red wine with notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. There is a depth to this wine that makes it age worthy. Peppery notes linger at the end of the palate. Good with steaks and heavier, richer meat dishes.

Châteu Tire Pe Diem(₱ 1,175)

A deep ruby wine with aromas of red currant, blackberry and bramble. On the palate you get ripe red and black fruit and a natural lifted acidity. Great with grilled beef, lamb, pork loin, roasted vegetables and lighter cheeses.

Cuvee des Galets (₱ 895)

A red wine made with no fining and no filtration. Very pronounced aromas of purple and red fruits. Youthful, light and fresh. A versatile food wine that can go with grilled fish or even a big, juicy steak.

False Bay Slow Chenin Blanc (₱ 790)

This wine has gentle aromas of ripe apples and stone fruits. It is well balanced on the palate with some honey and citrus fruits. Delicious wine to enjoy on its own or with some light seafood fare or oil-based pastas.

Gentil Umami (₱ 1,645)

Pale yellow in color with a fresh, clean scent of apples and white flowers. This wine is aromatic and dry with strong acidity and a hint of sweetness. It is fresh enough to complement fish and has enough character to stand up to the bold flavors of soy and wasabi.

Gaba Do XIL Godello(₱ 1,415)

This beautiful, pale lemon colored wine from Telmo Rodriguez has honey and lanolin aromas with lemon and pear shining through on the palate. Good to pair with soft cheese and fish dishes.

Les Amandiers White (₱ 1,115)

This wine evokes white flowers, citrus, and white fruits on the nose. Pleasant and well balanced. It is best paired with fish dishes, shellfish and cheese.

Fleur de Lis (₱ 1,415)

This is a pale lemon wine with honey aromas and citrus undertones. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. Good on its own or with light first courses of fish or chicken.

Les Cormiers (₱ 2,615)

This is a medium lemon wine with tropical fruit notes and aromas. Perfect with poultry and some saucy fish dishes.

Le Granges des Briguieres(₱ 1,575)

A nice Southern Rhone blend with wild red berries, truffle and garrigue on the nose and palate. A medium bodied wine that goes well with roast chicken and some pork dishes.

Parotet (₱ 2,145)

This is a cherry red wine with aromas of ripe red fruit and an earthiness as a result of being in amphorae. On the palate, you get cherries and ripe berries with a slight savoriness and a fine acidity. Perfect to pair with sausages and some roast chicken.

Clos des Verdots Moelleux (₱ 1,000)

Sweet and fruity with a pleasant finish on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fois gras or even with desserts such as fruit tarts or mellow chocolates.

La Magendia de Lapeyre (₱ 2,500)

A luscious white wine with flavors of honey and apricot. A fresh acidity balances it out. An impressive wine to drink with foie gras, Roquefort cheese or some apricot tarts .

MR Mountain Wine (₱ 1,890)

This wine has aromas of oranges and honey. There's a certain creaminess to it as well that is balanced off by some fresh acidity. Good to pair with baked goods or creamy cheeses.
